Ingredients: Chicken breast, brown rice, tri coloured quinoa,capsicum,carrots,green beans, vegetable oil, salt,pepper,coconut milk,peanut butter,lemon juice,soy sauce,chilli sauce,ginger,paprika,turmeric,cayenne pepper
Cooking instructions: Peel back corner of film and reheat in microwave on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes. Heat on low heat for 8-9 minutes from frozen.
